Yes, there are three Sun Partner Advantage Program Contact Centers, located in Asia Pacific, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and North America that are available to assist you.

I am a Partner residing outside the United States. Can I purchase Development Hardware products and have them shipped to me? |

Development Hardware is available in the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States of America.
If your company qualifies and the offering is available in your country, equipment must be purchased within the country it is being used. Sun does not allow purchases to be made within one country and then shipped to another. For more information, please review the Development Hardware offering's eligibility requirements.

In what languages is the Sun Partner Advantage Program membership application available? |

The membership application is available in German, French, Spanish, Italian, UK-English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, as well as English. You may submit your information in the language of your choice. Information such as your company listing in Sun Partner Directory, will be published in your selected language.

If a company has several offices in different countries, can the same Primary Contact be listed on all of the applications? |

A. |
A company can have multiple memberships in several different countries and the same primary contact can be listed. However, it is recommended to use a primary contact who is located in-country.
